Marine Connex was built on more than an idea. It was built on family, resilience and a lifelong love for the water.
Aiden’s idea for Marine Connex began with a simple question. Why is it so hard for boaters to find people they can truly trust? Before it ever became a platform, it was a conversation between a son and his father. Aiden brought the idea to his father, Bill Natalie, a seasoned business leader with decades of experience in software and technology. Bill knew a great idea when he heard one and went all in with Aiden to build it.
A lifelong boater, Bill’s connection to the water began at a young age, passed down from his own father, and grew into a passion he later shared with his sons, Aiden and Trevor. Time on the water was never just recreation. It was where lessons were learned, values were formed and trust was built. Those same principles became the foundation of Marine Connex.
In 2020, Bill was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. True to who he was, he refused to let the diagnosis define the outcome. Through determination, grit and an unwavering belief in moving forward, he fought the disease with the same resolve he brought to every challenge in life. Bill passed away in February 2023, leaving behind an extraordinary legacy of strength, generosity and leadership.
After Bill’s passing, Marine Connex was temporarily set aside as Aiden stepped up to carry the responsibilities his father once held. Trevor, still in college at the time, returned to the lacrosse field and later earned the role of team captain, playing every game in honor of his dad. Trevor found conviction in the idea and went to Aiden with a simple but powerful message. Do not let Marine Connex end here. Build it for Dad.

Aiden Natalie
Founder & Chief Executive Office
Aiden graduated from Florida Atlantic University and is a lifelong boater and waterman based in Stuart, Florida. With deep roots in the local marine community, he developed the vision for Marine Connex after seeing firsthand the challenges boaters face when searching for trusted marine professionals. In addition to founding Marine Connex, Aiden works as an editor and videographer for Deep See Visuals and Mission Boating, bringing creative expertise and industry insight to the platform.
Trevor Natalie
Chief Operating Officer
Trevor graduated from Hofstra University with a master’s degree in finance while competing as a Division I lacrosse player. A lifelong boater based in Stuart, Florida, he grew up on the water alongside his brother, Aiden, learning the ropes from their father, Bill Natalie, at an early age. That foundation shaped his discipline, leadership and hands-on understanding of the marine world, which he now brings to Marine Connex to help build a platform rooted in trust and reliability.

Savannah graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in communications and now works in marketing and communications for a global business. Born and raised in Palm City, Florida, she returned to the area after completing her studies, drawn back by her strong connection to the water and coastal lifestyle. As Chief Marketing Officer of Marine Connex, Savannah brings a strategic approach to brand development, messaging and growth, helping shape a platform rooted in trust, clarity and community connection.
